NOMINATE PASSIONATE STUDENTS |
Dear (Educator),

Do you know students in your classroom or school that are passionate about politics and current events? Then please help us identify these outstanding freshmen, sophomores and juniors by nominating them for our program!

The Junior Statesmen Summer School is an exciting opportunity for student leaders. Located on the campuses of Georgetown, Princeton, Yale, and Stanford, this unique program includes three core components:
- A Challenging Curriculum: Students enroll in college-level courses taught by university professors. Classes include AP U.S. Government, AP U.S. History, U.S. Foreign Policy, Constitutional Law, and AP Comparative Government.

- Student Debates: Participants create and run a legislative body patterned after the U.S. Congress where they debate contemporary political issues.

- Exciting Speakers Programs: At each session, students meet and question leaders in government and the media, bridging classroom studies with the real world of politics.
You can nominate students online or download a Nomination Form and mail or fax it (650-347-7200) to our Admissions Office at the address below. We will rush a brochure with scholarship information to each student you list.

Students living in CA, NJ, OH, TX and WA will also receive information on our week-long Symposia on Leadership & Politics.
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,

Jessica Brow
Director of Summer Programs
